HR Consulting offers support to senior human resource managers who need some assistance to determine strategy or an action plan to deal with significant workplace matters, to bring others on board and to ensure that communication is not received by ’empty chairs’.

Common issues that can be addressed through HR Consulting include resolving high level conflict and workplace relations issues, managing under-performance, supporting an employee’s return to work and managing mental health in the workplace.

We meet with senior HR managers and/or senior executives to discuss the presenting or challenging situation in confidence, and are able to provide support by exploring options and relevant consequences, and planning for action that is most likely to result in effective solutions that mitigate risk.
