Coaching is designed to appropriately challenge and enable individuals to become aware of, and reach, their full potential, particularly when a clear pathway is not evident to the individual. As such, coaching involves growth and development, and growth involves change. Our coaching is designed to embrace, encourage and support change.

Olive Branch Consultancy Coaching is suitable for new managers, middle managers and senior level executives. We focus on individual needs in a range of areas – people management, behavioural style, communication, conflict style, building leadership capacity. Our coaching is person-centred, as individual as people are yet outcomes are workplace oriented. Authentic application to practice is an essential element of our coaching model.

Essential to successful coaching outcomes is commitment from the employee and building a relationship of trust and rapport with the coach.

We also understand psycho-social needs in the workplace setting so our coaching includes a wellbeing element. Our coaching is more than ‘facilitation and goal setting’. We work with the employee in a balanced measure of challenge and support. We get to the heart of the change needed in order for the employee to really grow and develop. Team coaching is available for manager groups who are open and willing to share aspects of personal style in a trusting and confidential environment.

Sometimes coaching is needed to focus on one aspect of development and sometimes a holistic approach is required. Whilst the content of coaching discussions remain confidential, coaching goals are transparently and mutually established between employer representative, coach and coachee at the outset of the coaching brief.
