We specialise in guiding and supporting organisations to increase their effectiveness by maximising positive workplace relations and wellbeing.
Human beings are the lifeblood of any organisation, its heartbeat. Any symptom of dysfunction or disharmony within its people has the potential to significantly impact on employee engagement, function and productivity.
Many organisations react when people problems occur. We can assist you to take a proactive approach or we can help to respond in a way that is most likely to result in positive outcomes for sustainable organisational improvement.
We operate within a framework of psychological health and wellbeing balanced with a deep understanding of the practical requirements of the workplace and its management functions.
We offer a range of interventions listed under ‘Services’. The most positive step towards maximising positive workplace relations and wellbeing is a timely intervention.

Why engage us ?
Put simply, we have the expertise to deliver quality services and we put the client’s best interests at the centre of everything we do.
We are credible
You can have confidence that our people have professional and relevant qualifications to deliver our services.
More importantly, Olive Branch Consultants have demonstrated expertise in their field, and high level experience working with organisations to achieve valued outcomes.
We understand organisations and people
We have the qualifications. We have been leaders and managers. We have run businesses. We have also been employees. We understand how organisations work - the legislative frameworks, policies, systems, climate, demands, accountabilities, processes, human resource functions, marketing, finance, cultures, values, goals and objectives that integrate in the world of work.
We also understand people - the diversity, psychology, contexts, experiences, desires, hopes, needs, behavioural styles, communication styles, conflict styles and personal dynamics that combine in the workplace to meet an expectation of harmony, engagement, productivity and effectiveness.
We understand how best to bring organisational and people goals together to maximise positive workplace relations and wellbeing.
We understand the need for a holistic approach in the contemporary workplace
Psychological health and wellbeing is now recognised as important as physical health and wellbeing in the workplace. Mind and body functions integrate and the organisation has a responsibility to manage the health of both under occupational health and safety legislation.
We understand the contributors of risk to psychological health and wellbeing and the hazards to be addressed. We are experienced in the management of human resource functions in relation to psychological health and wellbeing.
We understand the increasing public focus on psychologically healthy workplaces, the increasing statistics of mental health issues and the need for a holistic approach to workplace relations that takes into account psychological wellbeing.
We understand the practical need for financially sustainable interventions
Bottom line, our fees are reasonable. Our overheads are low and we conduct on site interventions in the majority of cases. As a consultancy, we are usually engaged with the client rather than sitting in an expensive office so we keep costs down and pass on the savings to you, as client.
We undertake a thorough triage process and provide quotes prior to any work undertaken. Our hourly rates are competitive. Our travel costs are not hidden extras and clearly defined at the outset. We can make adjustments to projects that may take a little longer instead of only providing a fixed hourly rate.
We understand that you have a financial budget and sometimes need to balance the potential with the practical.

Our Skills
When you engage Olive Branch Consultancy you can rest assured that we have the demonstrated skill sets required to deliver our services to a high professional standard.
