At Olive Branch Consultancy we don’t conduct ‘training’.
Instead we take a constructivist approach where professional learning and engagement of the individual in the learning process is paramount.
We offer programs in managing mental health, dealing with workplace conflict, sexual harassment/discrimination and bullying, facilitating performance discussions and resilience.
What is the real cost of workplace conflict?

Workplace conflict can easily become very costly to the organisation where conflict is not readily or easily resolved in a timely manner. Costs include dollar amounts and significant ‘hidden’ costs. Avoiding conflict rarely resolves it.
